Most basic alterations are ready within 2–5 working days. We also offer a 48-hour express service for an additional charge. Bridal and bespoke commissions require more time — typically 2–4 weeks — and we'll confirm your timeline at the initial fitting.

Walk-ins are welcome for standard drop-offs and quick consultations during opening hours. For bridal alterations, bespoke garments, or if you'd like a dedicated fitting session, we strongly recommend booking in advance via WhatsApp or our contact form.

Bring the garment you'd like altered and, where relevant, the shoes and undergarments you'll wear it with — this matters most for hem adjustments. For wedding and occasion wear, bring your event shoes. Any reference images you have are always useful too.

Yes — we work with cotton, linen, wool, silk, velvet, lace, chiffon, jersey, denim and leather. Some delicate or unusual materials require a brief assessment before we confirm the work. We'll always be transparent if something isn't feasible.

We'll text or WhatsApp you as soon as your garment is ready for collection. We can also estimate a collection date at drop-off if you have a deadline to meet. Uncollected items are held for 30 days.

We offer a local collection and delivery service within the area for a small additional charge. Get in touch via WhatsApp to arrange and confirm availability. Postal alterations may be considered for lightweight items.
